About the Class

The Enneagram is a tool for growing in awareness of our habits of thought and patterns of behavior so that we can ultimately release those habits and patterns and experience greater freedom. The Enneagram is also helpful for deepening our understanding of how the people in our lives encounter the world.

Whether you are a longtime student of the Enneagram, or hearing about it for the first time, this series is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in each of the 9 different ways of being in a contemplative, reflective and compassionate way.

Each session, we will do a series of guided visualizations for three “types” followed by time for reflective writing and optional group sharing.

Oct 11: Heart Center: Types 2, 3 and 4

Oct 18: Mind Center: Types 5, 6 and 7

Oct 25: Body Center: Types 8, 9 and 1
