November Meditation & Evening Pages
with Elizabeth Fletcher
A Month of Meditation & Evening Pages – November 2026
The darkening days invite us to slow down and go within. A month of meditation and evening pages (adapted from Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way) offers community and consistency as we tend to body, mind, and spirit. Together we’ll begin with a ten-minute heart-centering meditation, followed by twenty minutes of longhand, stream-of-consciousness writing. These quieting practices can help us find our center in an unsettled world and have been clinically shown to improve sleep when practiced over time.
Open to beginning and experienced meditators and journal writers alike. Facilitated by yoga therapist and writer Elizabeth Fletcher.
Practice will be held Sundays through Thursdays, 8 - 8:30 pm CT through the month of November, except Monday, November 9, Wednesday, November 25 and Thursday, November 26. Sundays will include an optional fifteen-minute group check-in from 7:45-8 pm CT.
