 Whether experiencing a change in your family or home life, contemplating retirement or new career, or feeling stuck on autopilot in any area of your life, this workshop will help you discern a way forward that is in sync with your most authentic self.

Through a variety of guided visualizations, reflection prompts, and story sharing, spiritual director Carolyn Kolovitz will lead you in:

  • reflecting on the themes of the life you have lived so far

  • clarifying what makes your soul sing and your unique gifts shine

  • making decisions for your next chapter that are in sync with your soul

About the Facilitator

Carolyn Kolovitz is a spiritual director at Loyola Spirituality Center in St Paul. She also regularly leads guided meditations in spirituality circles, Sunday services, and retreats as a way to ground people in the wisdom of their lived experience. Since 2000, she has been using the Enneagram as a guide for growing in understanding and compassion for self and others. In 2023, she completed Anne Mureé’s Full Circle Enneagram courses. She has a BS in Psychology, an MS in Women’s Studies and an MA in Theology as well as a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction.
