Ready for Anything

Whatever happens, we can’t stop, and we can’t go backwards.

That’s one of the guiding principles of a water walk. Like the river we must keep flowing.

We might fall off trail and end up bushwhacking. We might have to cross 4 lanes of a highway. There might be people harassing us on the road. There might be a particularly lovely picnic spot that tempts us to linger.

I love my water walking family because they have a fantastic ready for anything attitude.

Whatever comes, we find a way through and keep going.

One of the most powerful things you can do for yourself is develop your own Ready for Anything attitude.

As my teacher Chunyi Lin put it, it’s the difference between expecting high doses of the unexpected or being perpetually shocked and traumatized by the unpredictable changes that are the signature of this year.

I created this qigong practice to help you develop a Ready for Anything attitude.

  • You will learn 3 key messages that help you feel ready for anything

  • The movements strengthen the body, brain connection

  • Once you are familiar with it, you can incorporate elements of it throughout your day

Ready?
