Weaving together excerpts of breathtaking nature film footage with evocative reflection prompts, music and guided meditation this uplifting hour will ground us in wonder, awe and gratitude for all we’ve been gifted.

About the Facilitator
Carolyn Kolovitz is a spiritual director at Loyola Spirituality Center in St Paul. She also regularly leads guided meditations in spirituality circles, Sunday services, and retreats as a way to ground people in the wisdom of their lived experience. Since 2000, she has been using the Enneagram as a guide for growing in understanding and compassion for self and others. In 2023, she completed Anne Mureé’s Full Circle Enneagram courses. She has a BS in Psychology, an MS in Women’s Studies and an MA in Theology as well as a graduate certificate in Spiritual Direction.
