Re-surge, Reflexiona y Sana Retiro

Los desafíos del comienzo de este año han marcado profundamente nuestras vidas. El miedo, la preocupación, la empatía, y la búsqueda de paz - conjunto con la exploración profunda de nuestra identidad de inmigrante- fueron tomando un rol crítico en el día a día. Este espacio que vamos a compartir juntas es para la reflexión, el poder de resurgir y de reclamar nuestra paz sanando colectivamente. Durante el retiro vamos a compartir enseñanzas para el bienestar y el auto conocimiento. Haremos meditación, silencio, círculos, entre otras actividades. 

Las sesiones serán facilitadas por Celina Martina and Carolyn Kolovitz en español y ingles.

Eye of the Heart Center for Creative Contemplation invites you to a special retreat honoring Latina women. The challenges faced at the start of this year have deeply impacted our lives. Fear, worry, empathy, and the quest for peace—alongside a profound exploration of our immigrant identities—have played a critical role in our daily lives. This shared space is dedicated to reflection, the power to rise again, and reclaiming our peace through collective healing. During the retreat, we will share teachings focused on well-being and self-discovery, and engage in activities such as meditation, periods of silence, and sharing circles.
