My most personally vulnerable teaching yet
I’m really honored to be here. And my heart is still brimming with gratitude for all the support we’ve received through the Gifts of the Heart gathering and auction.
Thank you.
And I’ve got two special things for you:
In probably some of my most personally vulnerable teaching yet, I am going to be sharing the depth I find in dance as a devotion to the earth and the renewing cycles of life. It is a devotion that grows out of pivotal healing experiences in my life and centers around the Black Madonna.
Join me in Grandmothers’ Garden for the November & December session (starting tomorrow), to explore the healing power of the Black Madonna. This is not doctrinal and open to all religious and spiritual inclinations.
AND
I’m also excited to share with you my latest video: Bed Time Qigong. In it I share a qigong technique I recently learned for drawing a healing river of love to different centers of the body. The practice prepares the body for sleep by clearing the spine and head.
The imagery of this video was also inspiration for last week’s Healing Circle.
It’s an honor to be seeing some amazing shifts happening for people in the Healing Circle. To see joy, strength, and soul integration growing in people who have been working through chronic challenges for years….. it is simply amazing!
How about you – it is time to finally time to focus on creating the transformation you seek in your life?
I’m here to help.
With big love,
emily
